To ensure your rugs lasts, follow the below steps to extend the longevity and continued quality of your product.

1. Shedding is inherent to wool rugs and occurs primarily within the first 3-6 months. Light vacuum regularly and this will reduce over time. The Cobble Weave wool rug uses a long-fibre wool which is less prone to shedding than shorter fibres.
2. Rotate the rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear.
3. Vacuum as needed using suction only. Do not use a high powered vacuum or a vacuum head with bristles.
4. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, it will fade the colour in the rug.
5. Avoid pulling loose yarns. If necessary, clip them to be even with the pile height.
6. Scoop up any solid spills.
7. Clean spills immediately. Never rub a spill instead blot any liquids with a dry absorbent white cloth or white paper towel.
8. Spot clean as needed using a damp (not wet) cloth and water. Do not use any cleaning products. Use cold air fan to dry the surface.
9. Do not rub or scrub rugs as it can cause permanent pile disruption.
10. Get your rugs professionally cleaned every 12-18 months.
11. Seek professional advice. Do not machine wash.
